Miss December - Christmas Prom

I missed out on putting tulle on the first Miss December paper dress so I couldn't help making a second one just for laughs.

This one definitely has that youthful prom dress look about it but still pretty. Look for my dresses to come up for sale next year on Etsy!

    Did you put glitter on the tulle, or did the tulle come that way?

    Hi Ellen,

    The tulle came with the glitter already on it. I liked it so much I bought it in white, baby blue, purple and red. Ha!
